Permission bypass in the Android 10 Framework allows local users to obtain a custom permission owned by another application. PermissionManagerService.updatePermissions incorrectly lets one application acquire a custom permission defined by another application. Exploitation requires user-level execution and user interaction, and successful use elevates the malicious application's privileges locally.
