Remote service crash via unaligned WebSocket payload access

Denial of service in LibVNCServer before 0.9.13 allows remote attackers to crash a VNC server through a crafted WebSocket frame. The hybiReadAndDecode function casts a potentially unaligned byte-buffer pointer to a 32-bit pointer and directly XORs masked payload words, triggering an alignment fault. The WebSocket service must be network-reachable; the documented consequence is a server-process crash without confidentiality or integrity impact.
