Service crash via oversized UDP retransmission packet

Heap buffer overflow in prboom-plus 2.5.1.5 allows remote attackers to crash a game server or client via a crafted UDP packet. An attacker-controlled retransmission tick becomes negative, inflating the packet-size calculation beyond the fixed 10,000-byte UDP buffer before I_SendPacket or I_SendPacketTo copies it. No authentication is required; the demonstrated outcome is a heap overwrite that terminates the affected network game process.
