Command injection in NETGEAR router firmware allows remote authenticated users on an adjacent network to execute arbitrary commands. NETGEAR has not published the affected interface, parameter, or input-handling operation that passes untrusted data to a command interpreter. Access requires authentication with high privileges and network proximity to the device; successful exploitation grants command execution with confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
