Application crash via PMT stream-type over-read

Heap-based buffer over-read in GPAC before 0.8.0 allows local users to crash MP4Box by processing a crafted MP4 file. The gf_m2ts_process_pmt function reads es->stream_type outside the guarded elementary-stream branch; the patch moves those reads inside that branch. Exploitation requires a crafted file to be processed with MP4Box, and the demonstrated consequence is termination of that application.
