Network configuration tampering via unauthenticated OMACP messages

Improper authentication in OMACP on Samsung mobile software before May 2019 allows remote attackers to change network settings via SMS. The OMA Client Provisioning handler accepts unauthenticated binary SMS payloads and presents their settings for installation without identifying the sender or clearly exposing the changes. The recipient must accept the provisioning message, after which an attacker-controlled proxy can redirect device traffic and alter browser or service settings.
