Type confusion in the HDCP Trustlet on Samsung mobile devices with TEEGRIS running Android 8.x or 9.0 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code. The Trustlet accesses a resource using a type incompatible with the type used to allocate or initialize it, causing the resource to be interpreted incorrectly. Public records do not disclose the triggering input path, required privileges, or execution context, limiting exposure assessment to affected TEEGRIS-equipped devices.
