Unauthenticated report disclosure via public file storage

Information disclosure in Frappe 11 and 12 allows remote attackers to read Prepared Report data through a known public file link. core/doctype/prepared_report/prepared_report.py created report attachments without marking them private, placing the generated files on the unauthenticated public-file path. Access requires possession or discovery of a generated file URL; disclosed content is limited to data contained in the exposed report.
