Cross-site scripting via unescaped Banner parameter

Cross-site scripting in the partner index of ilchCMS 2.1.23 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a victim browser via a crafted Banner POST. A crafted POST Banner value containing script markup is accepted by the index.php/partner/index endpoint and rendered as executable HTML because output encoding is inadequate. Exploitation requires no authentication but does require a victim to submit or view the affected page; impact is script execution in that victim's browser.
