Authenticated reflected XSS via claim dialect URI
Published Jan 27, 2020 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
Cross-site scripting in WSO2 API Manager 2.6.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a claim dialect URI in the management console. The console executes a payload embedded in a configured claim-dialect URI when that URI is selected as a service-provider claim dialect. Exploitation requires management-console login plus permission to add and configure claim dialects, and can redirect the browser, alter the page, or retrieve browser-accessible information.
