Remote service interruption via unchecked name size

Out-of-bounds access in Lustre before 2.12.3 allows remote attackers to panic an MDT server with a crafted client packet. mdt_file_secctx_unpack accepts a name_size derived from req_capsule_get_size without validation, then passes the unchecked size to strnlen. A client able to send the malformed request can crash the metadata target, interrupting filesystem service without disclosing or modifying data.
