Process crash via unresolved bit if-feature

Invalid memory access in CESNET libyang before 1.0-r3 allows attackers to crash a parsing process with a crafted YANG file. The resolve_iffeature() routine recurses when expr->expr is set without first checking expr->features[0], so an unresolved if-feature on a bit reaches invalid memory. Exploitation requires a libyang-based application to parse attacker-controlled YANG input; the bounded consequence is process termination and service interruption.
