Cross-site scripting in Electronic Logbook 3.1.4 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary script or HTML via crafted SVG documents. The elogd.c handling path processes attacker-supplied SVG content without neutralizing embedded script or HTML before browser rendering. Exploitation requires a victim to load the resulting content; execution occurs in the victim browser with read and write effects available in the application context.
