Out-of-bounds read in libbsd before 0.10.0 allows remote attackers to read process memory or crash a consuming process. The __fdnlist function uses unbounded strcmp calls on symbol names from strtab, so a name lacking a NUL terminator is read past the table boundary. A consuming application must process a crafted symbol table; the issue does not write memory or affect integrity.
