Uncontrolled search paths in Trend Micro Anti-Threat Toolkit 1.62.0.1218 and earlier allow local users to execute code with elevated privileges. The self-extractors load DLLs from their application directory before the Windows system directory, while batCollector.bat invokes findstr and REG without qualified paths from a user-writable directory. Exploitation requires access to plant a DLL or command shim and execution of the affected toolkit by a more privileged user.
