Improper access control in Atlassian Application Links allows remote attackers with an administrator session to edit existing links. EditApplinkServlet accepts an existing administrator session without demanding the WebSudo re-authentication that protects sensitive configuration changes. An attacker must first obtain an administrator session; the bypass permits application-link configuration changes but no reported confidentiality or availability impact.
