CSRF in Atlassian Application Links on Jira before 8.7.0 allows remote attackers to enumerate internal hosts and open ports. The /rest/applinks/3.0/applicationlinkForm/manifest.json endpoint accepts an attacker-chosen URL in a GET request and exposes outbound connection timing. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active WebSudo session and permission to create application links to open a crafted link; the demonstrated consequence is internal network discovery.
