Internal network enumeration via unprotected connection test

CSRF in VerifyPopServerConnection!add.jspa in Atlassian Jira Server before 8.7.0 allows remote attackers to probe internal hosts and ports. The mail-server connection test accepts a cross-origin POST without validating the referrer or anti-CSRF token, then connects to attacker-supplied POP or IMAP endpoints. An administrator must visit attacker-controlled content while authenticated; response timing reveals reachable internal systems and open services.
