Internal network enumeration via missing CSRF validation

CSRF in Jira Server before 8.7.0 allows remote attackers to enumerate internal hosts and open ports through an administrator's browser. The SMTP connection-test action accepts cross-origin requests without validating the Referrer or atl_token and measures responses from attacker-selected serverName and port values. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active Jira session to load attacker-controlled content; the result is internal network reconnaissance rather than direct data modification.
