Authenticated command execution via file-manager folder name

OS command injection in Pandora FMS 7.42 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through File Manager. When PHP Fileinfo is unavailable, mime_content_type() passes an attacker-controlled folder name to exec() without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Administrator access is required to create the folder, and another File Manager visit triggers execution; enabled PHP Fileinfo blocks this path.
