Cross-site scripting via unchecked DHCP hostname

Cross-site scripting in Swisscom Centro Grande before 6.16.12 allows remote attackers to inject a local IP address into router DNS via crafted DHCP hostnames. The router accepts an unvalidated DHCP hostname, stores the attacker-controlled local IP as a domain entry, and renders it in the web interface. Exploitation requires network access to send DHCP requests and victim interaction with the affected interface; reported impact is web-session cross-site scripting rather than service interruption.
