Path traversal in the Engine Service in IXP EasyInstall 6.2.13723 allows remote attackers to read server files over TCP port 8000. Public sources do not identify the affected request field or disclose the Engine Service's exact path-validation failure. Exploitation requires network access to port 8000 but no authentication or user interaction, and returned files are limited only by the service's NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM access.
