Improper authentication in Serpico 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to change an administrator password through alternate interfaces. Interfaces outside the Change Password screen accept a new administrator password without validating the current password. Exploitation requires user interaction and an XSS path; the resulting account change compromises administrator access.
