Stored XSS via unescaped user type rendering

Stored XSS in Serpico 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another administrator's browser via a crafted user type. The list_user.haml view interpolates user.type into the administrator user table without Haml's escaped filter, causing persisted markup to become active page content. Exploitation requires administrative privileges to store the type value and another administrator to view the user list, enabling script execution in that viewer's session.
