Stored script execution via unescaped authentication type

Stored XSS in Serpico 1.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser via auth_type. The list_user.haml template renders stored user.auth_type values without Haml's escaped filter, causing browser markup to be interpreted rather than encoded. An attacker needs high-privilege authenticated access to supply the value, and execution requires an administrator to view the user list, exposing data and actions available to that browser session.
