Browser script execution via crafted link
Published Feb 14, 2020 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
DOM-based XSS in Lenovo XClarity Administrator before 2.6.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted link. Lenovo identifies client-side DOM processing but does not disclose the affected component, attacker-controlled DOM source, or unsafe execution sink. Exploitation requires an authenticated context and a user to visit the link; the script runs in that user's browser, not on the appliance.
