Cleartext logging in Lenovo XClarity Administrator 2.6.0 allows authorized users to obtain Windows OS credentials during driver updates. The appliance writes supplied managed-system credentials without protection into its FFDC service log and local log files. Access requires an authorized LXCA user able to retrieve or read those logs, and exposure is limited to the recorded credentials.
