Remote code execution in Centreon Infrastructure Monitoring Software through 19.10 allows remote authenticated users to run arbitrary commands. Centreon's poller configuration accepts an administrator-created miscellaneous command as a post-restart command and executes it when the configuration is exported. Administrative web-interface access is required; the published root-compromise walkthrough chains separate CVE-2019-16406 after gaining the Centreon service account.
