Protection shutdown via startup key-file manipulation

Denial of service in Trend Micro Security 15.0.0.1163 and earlier allows local users to disable malware protection during startup. Trend Micro has not disclosed the key file, affected routine, or missing validation that makes the timed manipulation effective. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and precise timing during system startup, and it can disable protection functions or the entire product.
