CSRF in MAXUM Development Rumpus FTP Web File Manager 8.2.9.1 allows remote attackers to create or delete folders via a crafted request. The RAPR/FolderSetsSet.html handler accepts a state-changing folder request under an authenticated user's session without effective CSRF validation. Exploitation requires interaction by an authenticated user and can create unwanted folders or delete specified folders.
