Cross-site request forgery in Maxum Rumpus FTP Server 8.2.9.1 allows remote attackers to take over user accounts through Web File Manager. The RAPR/DefineUsersSet.html Edit Accounts handler accepts a forged state-changing request under the victim's active session, allowing password, profile, and privilege changes. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to visit attacker-controlled content; the resulting account changes can grant administrative access.
