Device reboot via crafted homeplugd UDP packet

Denial of service in Tenda PA6 firmware 1.0.1.21 allows remote attackers to reboot the extender via a crafted UDP packet. The unauthenticated homeplugd service listens on UDP port 48912, but IBM published only the triggering packet and not the operation that mishandles it. Repeated packets keep the extender in a reboot loop, interrupting powerline and internet connectivity without authentication.
