Container root escalation via writable passwd file

Privilege escalation in operator-framework/hadoop as shipped in Red Hat OpenShift 4 allows local users to obtain container root access. The image makes /etc/passwd group-writable while OpenShift assigns its arbitrary container UID to group 0, permitting that process to append a UID 0 account. Exploitation requires code execution inside the container; restricted security contexts block SETUID and SETGID by default, limiting direct host access.
