Container root escalation via group-writable passwd file

Privilege escalation in Red Hat Ansible Service Broker in OpenShift 3.11 and 4 allows local users to gain container root access. The container image gives group 0 write access to /etc/passwd while OpenShift assigns its arbitrary runtime UID to that group, enabling a UID 0 account to be appended. Access to the container is required, and the default restricted SCC blocks SETUID and SETGID, preventing this path unless those controls are relaxed.
