Cluster credential disclosure via world-readable auth files

Information disclosure in Red Hat OpenShift Installer 4.2 allows local users to read cluster administrator credentials from auth files. During cluster installation, openshift-install creates auth/kubeconfig and auth/kubeadmin-password with permissions that allow reads by users other than the owner. An attacker needs local access to the installation host, and the exposed credentials permit authentication to the OpenShift API server.
