Unauthenticated file disclosure via streaming path traversal

Path traversal in Siemens SiNVR/SiVMS Video Server before 5.0.0 allows remote attackers to download arbitrary server files. The streaming service on default TCP port 5410 accepts crafted paths without restricting resolution to an intended directory. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to reading server files, with no reported write or service-interruption capability.
