Security-control bypass via HMI restart race

Protection failure in all versions of affected SINAMICS PERFECT HARMONY GH180 Drives allows physically proximate attackers to disable HMI controls. A race condition in the device restart behavior permits the HMI to start from a restore point where predefined application and operating-system protections are absent. Physical access is required, but no privileges or user interaction are needed; the resulting unprotected state exposes device confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
