Unauthenticated reboot via unprotected administration endpoint

Broken access control in D-Link DSL-2680 firmware EU_1.03 allows remote attackers to reboot the router through its web interface. The web administration interface accepts a GET request to reboot.html without first enforcing an authenticated administrator session. Network access to that interface is sufficient, and successful requests interrupt service by rebooting the device.
