Unauthenticated code execution via unsanitized timezone input

PHP code injection in Codiad Web IDE 2.8.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands. The unauthenticated installer at components/install/process.php writes the timezone parameter into data/config.php without filtering, allowing PHP syntax to escape its quoted value. The installer remains reachable after setup when a previously unused existing project path is supplied, yielding command execution under the web server account.
