Device crash via oversized BLE pairing key

Buffer overflow in the SMP implementation in Telink Semiconductor BLE SDKs before November 2019 allows physically proximate attackers to crash devices. The peripheral accepts a pairing key size above the 16-byte limit, permits link-layer encryption before pairing completes, and allocates the negotiated oversized key buffer. Pairing support must be enabled, and affected releases include TLSR8x5x 3.4.0 and earlier, TLSR823x 1.3.0 and earlier, and TLSR826x 3.3 and earlier; exploitation corrupts device memory and crashes the peripheral.
