Protected GATT access via zero-LTK session

Authentication bypass in Telink Semiconductor BLE SDKs before November 2019 allows physically proximate attackers to read or write protected GATT data. During Secure Connections pairing, the peripheral accepts an out-of-order link-layer encryption request without validating that pairing completed, then derives the session key from a zero-initialized LTK. Radio range and Secure Connections support are required; affected TLSR8x5x, TLSR823x, and TLSR826x implementations also allow a device crash.
