Unauthenticated firmware replacement via unprotected updater

Missing authentication in the firmware updater of TP-Link TL-WR849N 0.9.1 4.16 allows remote attackers to replace device firmware. The cgi/softup handler accepts a firmware image in a POST request without validating an authenticated management session. Access from the router's local network is required, and a successful request can overwrite the device's operating image.
