Stored XSS in Hitachi Energy eSOMS 4.0 through 6.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The web application inadequately validates input and output, allowing malicious content to be stored in the database and later rendered as active script. An authenticated user must store the payload and another user must view the affected content; execution can expose or modify data in that browser session.
