SQL injection in Hitachi Energy eSOMS 3.9 through 6.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to target the backend database. The application fails to check input used in SQL queries, allowing supplied data to alter queries executed against the backend database. Low-privilege application access and network reachability are required; exploitation can read database data, make limited changes, or interrupt service.
