Cookie protection failure in Hitachi Energy eSOMS 4.0 through 6.0.2 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read cookies over HTTP. The HTTP Set-Cookie response omits the Secure attribute, permitting a browser to resend session cookies over an unencrypted connection. An authenticated session, user interaction, an HTTP path, and network-path visibility are required; the reported consequence is cookie disclosure.
