Incorrect file permissions in libzypp on SUSE CaaS Platform 3.0 and SLES 12 and 15 allow local users to read private cookies. The curl backend stores authentication cookies in /var/lib/YaST2/cookies while the file is readable by every local account. Any local account can copy cookies used for subscription authentication, but the flaw does not grant direct write access or interrupt service.
