Database disclosure via injectable login username
Published May 7, 2020 · Updated Aug 5, 2024
SQL injection in Blaauw Remote Kiln Control 3.00r4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary rkc database data via the login page. The login mechanism evaluates attacker-supplied SQL syntax from the username field as part of a database query, enabling database enumeration and table dumps. No authentication or user interaction is required; an exposed login interface permits disclosure of stored usernames and password hashes.
