Unauthenticated account takeover via unchecked profile user ID

Authorization bypass in Rock RMS before 8.6 allows remote attackers to take over accounts through the profile update feature. The profile update handler accepts a tampered sequential user ID without confirming that the requester owns the targeted profile, permitting an arbitrary account email address to be replaced. No authentication is required; after redirecting a target's email address, an attacker can complete password reset and control that account, including an administrator account.
