CVE-2019-18376Network attack vector

Remote disclosure of session-bound CSRF tokens

Published Apr 9, 2020 · Updated Aug 5, 2024

CSRF token disclosure in Symantec Management Center before 2.4.1.1 allows remote attackers to obtain session-bound CSRF tokens. The MC web UI exposes tokens to browser-history retrieval and traffic interception or logging, but Broadcom does not identify the responsible request field or encoding. Access to an authenticated user's history or captured traffic is required, and a stolen token permits forged requests only until that user's session ends.
