Device tracking via predictable IPv6 UDP flow labels

Information disclosure in Linux kernel 4.3 through 5.x before 5.3.10 allows remote attackers to track devices via IPv6 UDP traffic. The flow dissector's automatic flow-label path applies jhash to receiver-known fields with a boot-static 32-bit hashrnd secret, allowing inference from emitted labels. A receiver observing UDP IPv6 packets can correlate the stable derived value to identify a device or user; no data modification or service interruption is reported.
